Debt collection and tracing debtors

Debt collection and tracing debtors

Very often companies find themselves establishing relationships with customers or business and financial partners that are often insolvent. Other times it is difficult for the creditor to recover sums of money from insolvent individuals who at the time of collection do not make themselves available or deny that they are owners of substantial goods. The activities that are carried out by experienced operators in the field can be of two types:

Debt recovery (through which we try to persuade the debtor to regularize his slopes without recourse to judicial activity. In this way one can try to persuade the debtor to regularize the credit after telephone and/or written communication);

Judicial debt recovery through which the current legislation applies in this respect. Starting from this type of activity it will be possible, by a judge, to make a request for liquidation to heal the debt. The purpose of the investigations on the debt recovery is to trace the subjects with relative gradients and to identify any type of property owned by them, so that we can proceed either out of court or by way of judicial to the recovery of the credits. Rigorous research on the assets belonging to a debtor subject is of extreme importance, since in this way it will be possible to enter into the possibility of making a seizure on the goods under investigation. Once the debtor subject has been tracked, investigations will be carried out on furniture and/or buildings belonging to the insolvent subject and the presence or not of debtors who at the time have insolvencies with the subject will occur. In case of this possibility we will proceed to contact them. Finally, the heirs of the debtors will be identified and the conditions will be assessed. The advice of Plus1 before, during and after the conduct of the above surveys is of great importance, in order to guarantee to the customer an important intervention to ensure that the credits owed to the creditor by the debtor person can Be in a speedy and precise way.
